RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing Tribu Threads. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To help you find the perfect fit, we have included size charts for each product on our website. We encourage you to refer to these charts (on each product’s page) before making a purchase to minimize the need for returns or exchanges.
If you do need to return or exchange an item, please send an email with the following information to info@tributhreads.com:
- Order #
- Your name
- Name and size of item you are returning
- Reason for return/exchange (please include size info for exchanges)
- A copy of your return shipment tracking
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Thank you!
